Generalate Extension Project
The need for the Extension of the Generalate was necessitated by the increased spiritual and numerical strength of our Congregation.
The present Generalate has limited space to accommodate the different and numerous activities of the Congregation and the needs of those it also serves.
The need therefore arises for an increase in the number of Rooms and Conference Halls to accommodate the numerous Retreats, Conferences, Seminars and Workshops of the Congregation, Bishops, Priests, Religious and Laity of the Church.
In realization of new trends in Information Technology,there is also the need for modern technological equipments to foster Communication within and outside the Congregation.
In order to resolve some of the problems mentioned above, the Sisters decided to embark on a five (5) storey building as an extension to the present Generalate – general administrative house.
The project concerned is a huge one which we cannot raise the funds involved alone. We have however been able to kick start the project with our meagre resources which is usually form benevolent individuals the help of some kind hearted people who have assisted us so far which have enabled us to take up the frame work which is the columns and the slabs. We have been able to struggle to reach the fourth floor slab. Funds have become so scantly. In order not to allow our effort not to come to fruition, we humbly request that you be part of this Project by assisting us either in cash or kind.
The breakdown of each unit of the project can be obtained from us on request. Each unit can be taken up inpart or as a whole and if we welcome branding.
